Very good doctor. Had Dr. Lara for many years and he's always taken good care of me. Only problem is not with him or the staff, it's with the phone system. Phones haven't been working good for awhile and the 800# given is totally useless. 800# won't take messages or do anything so if there's a change in appt time or trying to make an appt, it's kind of impossible to get the message to the doctor or staff. It's not the staff or the doctor, the staff is amazing in his office. Amazing.
Office sent me the wrong script for labcorp. Called to get the right one sent over, the girl who took my call said she was busy, will get to it when I can. I explained im waiting at the front desk, she could Care less and ended up leaving with out my blood work. Clueless staff, never answer the phones. Stay away !!!! Horrible horrible staff
