The house we bought from Lara Hoffman within a year we had to get a new septic for 25,000 the house needed a new roof and the foundation needed work and the electrical system the house needed replaced it was a VA loan my husband is a disabled marine veteran. Lara just had her friend do the inspection on the house and he just put it through to get it approved. We had to sale that house and lost 70,000.00 on it because of all the repairs it needed. We only lived in it for 3 days.
