Great Service!! Laptops Plus provided me we next day laptop repair. They were able to fix my laptop that had a bad hard drive. I shopped around a bit and Laptops Plus was the most affordable and had the quickest turn around time. Excellent Service.
They are great. They take the time to answer questions / prices great Rick is great, took the time to answer a unrelated question with a tough problem I was having. Would not hesitate to get my computer fixed there again. They have been there for a while now, so they are established and have 3 stores.

Never use Laptops Plus I took them a hard drive to copy. They said 3 to 5 days. I thought that was a bit long for a simple hard drive clone, but I left it with them anyway. 31 DAYS LATER I have not heard anything from them. I went to pick up my drive, they said it would be done in 5 MORE DAYS! Unbelievable! I asked for my drive back since it was not copied and they wanted to charge me $35. For what? to hold on to my drive for a MONTH! I'll NEVER use this company and recommend you DON'T!
