I came to CodeBlackIT for help to finish a custom gaming pc for my wife. We were migrating her windows 10 machine from intel to AMD and ran into some boot issues I wasn't able to fix. Shawn and his IT tech did an excellent job fixing my desktop computer. Out of nowhere it stopped powering on, but they quickly diagnosed the issue, already had the replacement part on hand, and had it repaired within 24 hours. On top of that, they cleaned the inside of my PC so well it looks showroom new now. In the photos you can see how dusty and dirty it was before, there was dust and crud everywhere, but the tech (who is an absolute superstar) took care of all of it. I’m extremely happy with their service.
Did my first threadripper build for my boss at work, and had some issues I didnt have the time or knowledge to work out myself. Having built PCs for years, I had to swallow my pride and bring it in for a professional to look at. Jordan took my call and checked out the rig for me.
