He is very good at giving clear and concise explanations, never attempts to upsell an item or service that is not truly needed, and provides excellent value for the service provided. We will definitely call on him in the future as needed, and highly recommend him to anyone in this area who has a laptop problem.

I had a virus problem on one of my computers and a hardware problem with my laptop. Mark picked up the computers, fixed the virus problem and advised me not to spend any money on the laptop, as the hardware problem was probably not worth the money to fix it. NO charge for analyzing the hardware problem, They did their virus"fixes" very quickly, saved my data files, and were very professional in the manner in which they dealt with me.I highly recommend this company...
