Highly recommended. 5 star service. My 10+ year old well looked after HP laptop stopped working suddenly with no warning. Fantastic service and etremely happy with the way they guys handled my problem. I would like to add some more info about the job and my overall experience as I feel this could be helpful for someone in my position (which I will describe below !) 1. Ordered a battery replacement for my Dell xps13. They said it would take a week, price was reasonable, had 1 year warranty and so I paid my 50% deposit. I called to follow up a week later and they said the battery just arrived. Drove there and handed my laptop to Ahmad. He said it would take a couple minutes to replace. It did. Happy with the service here. No fuss.
Went there for a quote today, not sure what to expect, as the manufacturer warranty service for my broken laptop said that I have to mail the laptop and it will take a few weeks to fix it. However, these guys did not push me around, and simply fixed my laptop on the spot in half an hour! I was lucky that they had the part in stock, but the rest was simply helpfulness and great attitude. Absolutely awesome service, thank you!
