Had a great, positive experience with Laptop Kings. My laptop needed the screen replaced. Ordering a spare part, calling me when it is and then booking the laptop in for half a day should be pretty simple. Laptop Kings just did this. Exactly what I wanted and the repair was done well. Every other competitor I contacted either insisted that they needed the laptop up to three weeks for diagnostics and repair or they just never got back to me at all.
