My husband and I went as recommended by a friend. First massage again after 2 years and it did not disappoint! Great customer service! Will definitely be back!
I have been going to Lapsley for many years. Right now I travel 50 mins from Mississauga to Scarborough . All the staff are awesome from Avin who is the physiotherapist. To Yvette on reception to Kane who does treatment. If you want a place that treats you like family go to Lapsley.
Great place, but the secretary that isn't completely fluent in English keeps cancelling one of my appointments. I already told her I have to come twice a week for two different things, but every time she cancels my weekend appointment and I have call to reschedule it. Also, weird that they don't have an accessible parking spot in front of them. The spot is all the way to the other corner of the parking plaza. Please fix your two issues. I only found out that she cancelled because they didn't text me about my appointment.
Vadim is truly a gifted massage therapist - I had a pinched nerve in my back, could not move and Vadim relieved so much of my pain. Vadim took the time to figure out how he could help, made me comfortable and had a fantastic bed-side manner. He managed to make me feel better in just an hour - and I haven't even mentioned his technique! Most massage therapists I've been to (as an ex-athlete) just lazily tap around the affected areas but Vadim gave me an intense and thorough massage.
