Came to my house and said I needed to replace a thermostat. When asked what was wronged, he said, I quote, "I ASKED if you want me to replace your thermostat." Charlie continued to argue with me until I gave up and just let him. When my ac unit continued to not work and I called him, he said "An ac unit doesn't go below ten degrees outside." Its currently 81 degrees outside and 78 degrees in my house. Thanks charlie!
