If you are looking for a heating and cooling company that truly puts the customer first, look no further. I cannot recommend them highly enough! From the very beginning, their approach was professional, thoughtful, and incredibly thorough. We had a persistent airflow issue in a second-floor room that despite having three vents, just wasn't getting the job done. I am always very pleased with the service and response from Lappe Heating and Air. The technicians are very professional and knowledgeable. They take the time to explain what is wrong (if there is an issue) and go beyond in their making sure that the units are working properly. If I have an issue with the furnace or air-conditioner, they always make time in their schedule to fix any problems without any delays.

We have used Lappe for the past 15 years. Their work has included installing and maintaining a complete geothermal system in our new home construction and the installation and maintenance of a commercial HVAC system in our 25000 sq ft commercial building. Their estimates are fair and their work has always been on time and on budget. We highly recommend Lappe for all HVAC work.
