We got our HVAC a few years ago and have had routine service checks done through Lappe. Adam does an excellent job of explaining how to best keep our new unit up and running. Always prompt and affordable service!

I've had Lappe do both my systems for the bottom floors and upstairs. Both times they have steered me in the right direction and sold me what I needed at an extremely reasonable price. They could have easily gotten me to replace my furnace the last time they were out, but were honest and told me I didn't need a new one. Saved me a few thousand.

Got a call from our daughter telling us the ac wasn't working. We called a company to come out and do a check up on the unit. Well about 30 minutes later we got a call from an ac company that shall remain nameless that the ac unit was bad and needed to be replaced . We were kinda of expecting that, what we weren't expecting was the estimate. So we said we will think about it and called Lappe Heating and Air for a second opinion. Dave was great.
