I've had Lappe do both my systems for the bottom floors and upstairs. Both times they have steered me in the right direction and sold me what I needed at an extremely reasonable price. They could have easily gotten me to replace my furnace the last time they were out, but were honest and told me I didn't need a new one. Saved me a few thousand.
I want to recommend Lappe Heating to anyone that needs their heat pump repaired. My system went down the other day and I called them, they were able to get a technician out to me the next day, took care of all my issues, and did it for a reasonable price. The service was excellent throughout the entire process, my heat pump has been working perfectly since.

Got a call from our daughter telling us the ac wasn't working. We called a company to come out and do a check up on the unit. Well about 30 minutes later we got a call from an ac company that shall remain nameless that the ac unit was bad and needed to be replaced .
