o cannot stand that y'all do not go by appointment times and go by who signed in first. someone with a 3:30 appointment should not go before a patient with a 3:00 appointment just because they arrived first. I even arrived 15 minutes early so these people had to get here an hour early for their appointment. now I will be late because you allow people to CUT
