Been with them for 8 years. After sending info to an incorrect email they tell me they’ll reach out and fix an issue. They then send me a time sensitive document and don’t tell me it’s in its way. I get cancelled and their resolution is telling me to look for a company that can do better. Crazy level of incompetence
Joshua Keene is a phenomenal Insurance provider, I have used him to set up my work comp insurance, but as i've talked to him about his services he has some amazing tools to help people save money as they optimize their safety profiles and build a more scalable business.
Oh my gosh, if you haven't had your commercial insurance looked at in awhile, you've got to get in touch with Joshua. Joshua is the best and LaPorte is a great company.
Worked with Joshua extensively and he was professional and experienced, I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for insurance.
