MS. SIMMONS who works at the front desk of optometry was extremely condescending and disrespectful. She cut me off from speaking multiple times and was very passive aggressive with her demeanor. Considering I rarely ever enter la pointe health clinic. What may seem obvious to her, is not obvious to me. I hope soon la pointe corrects her or she finds peace so that her future patients are not met with the disrespect I experienced today.

Good luck getting them to answer the phone. Wait 1 hour to be sent to another number and then for the call to drop 🤙
The first thing I wanna say is why do soldiers have to wait over a month to get seen by their doctor is ridiculous also receiving medical records is backed up even further and that’s unethical and unprofessional
