My family and I were greatly disappointed with Lisa and would not recommend her services. We never once felt like we were in good hands or that she had our best interest as a priority. Lisa greatly exaggerated about the overall condition at closing and her loyalty was clearly to the buyers (she was also their agent). She convinced me, the seller, to pay for an appraisal and then put the house at a lower price than we wanted.
