I took my cart there after I put a lithium battery in and had no power. When I dropped it off the lady who I think was the owner asked me how much I spent on the lithium and when I told her she said I didn’t spend enough. Said with my tire size I should have gotten something more powerful. Also told me my rims need to go because they’re old. Thought that was rude. Called and asked for info about cart repair. They said they would find out and call me back. A few hours later they returned my call with important info that I needed. I wasn’t expecting a response and was pleasantly surprised. Hard to find nice people these days. Thank you.

I had an awesome experience with my service from Custom Golf Carts! I couldn't be more pleased. I called them after my cart died while my wife was driving it. Andy picked it up bright and early the next day. Angie contacted me a later in the day and told me that I only needed new batteries. I couldn't believe how reasonable the quote was. Andy returned the cart later in the afternoon all cleaned and with new batteries fully charged!
