I love the items in this shop and enjoy supporting small local businessess, however the last few visits I was completely ignored while the staff chatted away with one another or helped others. I was very interested in a piece of jewelry but as I was completely ignored, not even a hello, I bought the item online. Won't be stopping in or shopping here any longer.

I have bought so much jewelry from Lapis, as well as accessories. They know me by name and are so friendly. I get so many compliments on my jewelry. I’m literally wearing at least 9 pieces from this shop right now.
Lapis is my favorite shop to find gifts big and small. The staff are always great. I come in regularly to see what’s new. I recently purchased a new wedding ring and I am in love. We are so fortunate to have this gem of a shop in the Proctor District!
