I went in for a massage with a stiff neck and came out a different person. The facilities are amazing and staff professional and helpful. The reason however for giving 5 stars is my masseuse Grace. Grace took such good care of me, going over and beyond to treat my ache, providing soothing treatment with her amazing technique. Her year of expertise show in her way she talks to her clients and how her service soothes mind and spirit. I cannot reccomend her enough!
Overall the spa is beautiful and very relaxing. It was the perfect reset that we needed But in the star light showers there were bugs crawling up the walls in the co-ed space and that was quite disturbing to see. I left feeling like I needed another shower. For spending $1000 on massages and the amenities I never would have expected to see bugs on the walls.
I had the most wonderful massage with Grace at the Fountainbleu. First off the facility is beautiful, clean, relaxing and inviting. Grace has the best technique, is kind, full of warmth and empathy. I would highly recommend asking for her when you book your next massage. Thank you Grace I will be back soon!
Very disappointing experience overall. Fountainbleau hotel staff is amazing and I can’t say the same about Spa employees, the manager should be definitely fired as smth very wrong is happening there. Front desk not friendly at all, the rest of the staff is hiding and spend most of the working time in the employee rooms. Alexia who gave an unbelievable experience in hot sauna for men & women saved the day but the sauna broke on her second part of the show and she had to finish half way! There is no vibe!
