BOOK with MISTY A at Lapis in Fontaine Bleau!!!!! If you love a deep tissue massage that includes long deep flowing movements, book her. She gets all the spots others miss (back of knees, full coverage from shoulders to neck to head). She is in contact tune with your body to know how deep she can go. Wow! LOVED my 3 hours in the spa. My massage was great, but even better were all the amenities. Cold plunge, hot tubs, saunas, a snow room (didn’t use that, I’m from the Midwest:). Best event: Aufguss sauna with the wellness sisters. Unreal. I have NO idea why the google reviews are not 5.0. Leave time to enjoy the amenities. I did this before flying out- was able to take a shower and get ready following my day at the spa!!
I’m currently a guest at Fontainebleau and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience today. For the last 45 minutes, I have been trying to get in touch with the spa to make a simple inquiry. I first called guest services, who transferred me, and I also tried calling the spa directly multiple times, but no one answered. For a property that positions itself at such a high standard of hospitality, this level of unresponsiveness is quite surprising.
