Very much enjoyed our services with Erma and Gissele yesterday. The spa is beautiful and very worth the price tag! I will be back.
This place is an absolute disaster. We came with about a group of 20. We did enjoy our massages but we were not allowed to stay in the coed area because ours phones were visible. They wanted us to specifically leave our belongings and cell phones ONLY in the locker rooms. The majority of the individuals with us, all have children and unfortunately do not have the luxury to be missing in action. They had us kicked out and escorted out. I went in for a massage with a stiff neck and came out a different person. The facilities are amazing and staff professional and helpful. The reason however for giving 5 stars is my masseuse Grace. Grace took such good care of me, going over and beyond to treat my ache, providing soothing treatment with her amazing technique. Her year of expertise show in her way she talks to her clients and how her service soothes mind and spirit. I cannot reccomend her enough!
Overall the spa is beautiful and very relaxing. It was the perfect reset that we needed But in the star light showers there were bugs crawling up the walls in the co-ed space and that was quite disturbing to see. I left feeling like I needed another shower. For spending $1000 on massages and the amenities I never would have expected to see bugs on the walls.
