I began getting massage therapy from Andrew last month and I'm very happy and impressed with him and his studio! His studio is beautiful, peaceful, calming and serene! He does excellent bodywork and I felt better after just one massage! He is respectful, kind and very skilled. I love his approach to everything; he's a great listener and he educates and helps me understand what my body needs. I was so relaxed at every massage I've had so far I almost fell asleep...but I don't want to miss out on the relaxing and therapeutic s... read more
Andrew is wonderful! He creates such a intentional, peaceful, and therapeutic experience. He's a great listener and always tailors his work to my needs of the day. I always look forward to seeing him, and I always leave feeling amazing!
Very thorough, centering, and kind experience. Phenomenal massage and a very considered and welcoming atmosphere/energy. Will absolutely return and recommend to anyone looking for bodywork.
Andrew was highly recommended to me, and after trying several other massage therapists in Portland, I can honestly say he stands out by far. His approach is thoughtful, effective, and clearly based on real experience and skill. The session felt focused and purposeful, not generic like some others. I’m very impressed and plan to come here regularly from now on. Highly recommend.
I had a lovely experience at Lapis Bodywork! The space is comfortable and relaxing, and Andrew was super accommodating and kind throughout, which was important to me because I was a little bit nervous. The massage itself was incredible, Andrew’s intuition with the body really shines through. He pinpointed my tension spots with care but didn’t overwork them, which allowed me to relax into the pressure. If you’re looking for a LMT who truly cares about you and your wellbeing, Andrew is for you!
