I have been bringing my family here for quite a few years and have always received the best care!
While I felt the staff and Dr. were outstanding, I was very upset at the lack of communication on the fees incurred outside of my insurance coverage. There wasn't any mention of these costs. Upon making the initial appointment I was told I would receive prescriptions, for which I did not, unless I make another appointment and pay more fees. I feel that I am being taken advantage of, and when I express exactly that, I was hung up on. So you decide.
Everyone is friendly and helpful. In and out in less than an hour.
I love all of them here! They have taken awesome care of me and my family! I recommend them to everyone!
As a new patient, I can not help but gush over the superior service I have gotten from this doctors office. From the moment I called to make an appointment the staff was very friendly. When I met with Dr Lapierre, he made it very clear that he appreciated my business. I can not stop telling people about my experience. If you are not using them as your eye doctor then you must begin IMMEDIATELY! Thank you Dr Lapierre and the fine staff!!
