Gross company from day one when I paid $40 for application background check on an apt. They just stole it and never once emailed me about the status nor contacted me only an online receipt issued receipt that messaged me they got it and nothing since Iv wasted time calling and email about getting my refund and they totally ignore like scam artists do once they received your money. What has happened to business in America? Can’t trust nobody.
I've been a resident at Lapham for two years. For awhile I had a very positive experience. Responsive to maintenance requests etc. However, an issue on my lease has arisen, and despite MANY emails and voicemails, I cannot get a response from: Tony Collins and Ben Lewis. It's just inexcusable to completely ignore a tenant.
