After my great experience with Lapels, I am shocked to see such negative reviews. Maybe things have changed over the years, but I would definitely recommend them to anyone. The staff is great and my clothes were perfect.
Seriously terrible. Brought a shirt in with coffee stains, literally pointed out the stain, and when I received my shirt back it was still dirty. They offered to do it again for no charge so I brought it in with 2 other items of clothing. For some reason, when I went to pick up my clothes, they could not find them!! When I finally got my clothes back, they had shrunk my shirt that they were redoing.
