Great the first few years I started here, but I’m now on the phone with them they put me on hold 10 mins ago and I’m still waiting I have never had this happen, I’m just trying to get birth control after this most likely will not be coming back here I’m going to hang up and re call Update, I tried calling again and they sent me to voicemail on the second ring
Stay away from this office. One of the worst places I have been at. You have to call multiple times to get them to do their job. The doctor does NOT pay any attention to her clients. Does NOT explain anything clearly, just walks in and treats you like a number instead of her patient. All they care is that you come in so that they can charge your insurance. They lie about sending scripts into the pharmacy. Dr Andrei does NOT listen to one word you say. Terrible experience.
I have been going here since I was 16 and this year found out a had a very large ovarian cyst so I was told by dr Romana to get a checkup ultrasound on it, which I did. I then called to see what the drs said about the results and the receptionist just told me that Dr. Ramona would call me Monday to go over the results in the morning. She called me early Monday morning and just told me to get another checkup ultrasound on it in three months, the whole conversation took 5 minutes.
