No one is all excited to go to the gynecologist...Woohoo getting the womanly testing and checkups done..ugh. It hasn't been as stressful a situation since I started going to Dr. Andrei. I recommend her 100%. Dr Andrei has been wonderful. She is a highly skilled professional but is not narcissistic about it. She is very knowledgeable in her expertise and will answer questions and explain procedures thoroughly. She is a busy doctor but she has never made me feel the visit was rushed. Dr. Andrei is one of the first gynecologists who really listened and heard my concerns. She treated me with respect and worked to find solutions. I am deeply thankful for her care and knowledge.
Great the first few years I started here, but I’m now on the phone with them they put me on hold 10 mins ago and I’m still waiting I have never had this happen, I’m just trying to get birth control after this most likely will not be coming back here I’m going to hang up and re call Update, I tried calling again and they sent me to voicemail on the second ring
Stay away from this office. One of the worst places I have been at. You have to call multiple times to get them to do their job. The doctor does NOT pay any attention to her clients. Does NOT explain anything clearly, just walks in and treats you like a number instead of her patient. All they care is that you come in so that they can charge your insurance. They lie about sending scripts into the pharmacy. Dr Andrei does NOT listen to one word you say. Terrible experience.
