My grandmother was in the ER, while there I saw nurses putting in IV's with no gloves on, unpackaging all the supplies to start an IV on the main nurses desk that was not sanitized first, making patients handle their own urine samples and patients just lining the halls. My grandmother was there over 8 hours before they finally did a CT scan, only to admit her. The nurses and staff were all congregated by the nurses desk laughing and enjoying the day while patients call buttons went unanswered for several minutes. It was sad.... read more
Everyone was really nice and extremely helpful, made my stay enjoyable.
These nurses are so unbelievably rude! Rolling their eyes. Sighing every time I ask a question which has only been twice. Talking as if I'm not even here. Like holy crap people, if you hate your job that much then quit. I've always been a Genesys person and was only here with a friend. Waited 4 hours in the waiting room and so on and so on. And you know, the wait wouldn't have been so bad if anyone was actually nice to us. Shame on you Hurley and your rude as hell staff!
