The people who do the diagnostics in Lapeer have always been very nice and helpful. The billing in Novi is HORRIFIC! Duplicate bills we have had to call on. And now submitting the wrong code (different from what Dr. put on the order) hence insurance won't pay. When I called to inquire, I was barked at and interrupted --and reprimanded for calling the number that was clearly marked on the bill?! She was impatient & abrupt.
