Lapeer glass was the worst service experience I’ve had. I booked a window with them and took time off work for them to come complete a window repair. They were 30 minutes late so I called and after 3 calls not being answered they finally called me back saying they would be there until over and hour after they were scheduled to arrive. Ease of appt, prior authorization via insurance & early appts. Their was a minor issue due to supplier's delivery no fault of Theirs or Mine, it was promptly rectified & professionally handled thru Isiah. Once home We touched up cleaned the interior of windshiled... Dusted it down, picked up a few smaller pieces of old adhesive, *that's normal. (totally &100% my OCD 😁 w a black interior) Rolling w out the cracked windshield IS a WIN I recommend. Isiah was a easy going, honest. Friendly staff.
