I called on the 25th to make an appointment to get my tooth pulled, and spoke to a lady and she scheduled me my appointment for Monday (today) at 2pm. All set and done I called today around 930ish to confirm my appointment to make sure it’s all set. Then I get told “I can’t take you as a patient because you didn’t show up for an appointment a year ago” why didn’t you tell me that on the phone. I would have called to make an appointment somewhere else!
Everyone is always very pleasant and thorough. The hygienists, especially, are very friendly and do whatever it takes to make the visit enjoyable and productive.
Excellent care by experienced staff. I feel very comfortable there!
Great people and great dental work! Wouldn't go anywhere else!
