Laparkan has the worst customer service and shipment. Good quality and ensuring their customers are satisfied are not in their hearts. I ordered a number of items from different companies. I entered my private mailbox number but later found out that I should have omitted my mailbox number and requested the consolidation services since I have multiple packages. I did a shipment with Laparkan last year and a number of my items were missing by the time I received my packages I put in a claim since December 2020 and to date my claim has not been closed. Mr. Dawson from the Barbados office called me in April and I have to keep calling him every two weeks to follow up about my claim and all he keeps telling me he will get back to me. I sent a shipment from April 2021 and it reach June 2021. Before that I couldn’t get no information about the status. The people in Guyana went into my shipment and quarter of stuff missing. How is it we paying for a service and people are taking stuff that does not belong to them.
