Lucia was very polite, kind and provided excellent customer service and assisted me in buying a jade pendant and necklace. The staff was very friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in.
Worst Experience. They told me the ring cost $830, and right before I pay for it, they told me it's $120 more expensive then $830 and they can not honor the $830. I will AVOID this place.

吐槽一下Sophia，千万不要找她帮你，表达自己的意见会被她凶，一进来的时候就夸你可爱，嬉皮笑脸的，我找的款式店里没有，我说我想看看有没有其他的可以看看，后面她拿出来了几个，然后我就表示有一个不太适合我，有点老土，他突然就黑着脸了，很大声的说“嘿小姐！你很没有礼貌诶你怎么可以在我们店里说我们的店的东西老土！我知道你年轻不喜欢我们的款式但是你也不能这样说吧” 天呐当时真的被吓到，我就跟他说了不好意思，后面我就没有心情看下去了赶紧走了。这种玻璃心的人当什么销售啊我真的笑了，我只是表达我自己的想法看点，你也不至于这样吧，以为我说他老土玻璃心就碎了开始急了？ 又不是她的工艺又不是他开的店，只是一个营销急什么，真的不懂，叮嘱叮嘱，千万不要找Sophia，之前还在那买过一次，其他人态度不错，不要找她就对了
