I had a wonderful experience at Laofengxiang. The seller was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. I tried on nearly 10 different designs before making my final decision, and Wendy remained warm, attentive, and enthusiastic the whole time—never rushed or pressured me at all. Worst experience. Came in to the store for exchange because of the key chain broken. Purchased on Jan 31st, opened to use the chain on Feb 7th, broken on Feb 10th. Detail: Purchased in Vancouver but since I am in Richmond so was gonna tried my luck if not I have no problem going back to Vancouver. Problem: Manager took my gift receipt saying he will contact Vancouver location first, then let me know if he’s able to exchange for me.
