1 star (only because zero isn’t an option). Absolutely the worst customer experience I’ve had in a long time. I went into the store today to buy myself a gift — the store was completely empty, so it’s not like anyone was too busy to notice me. Three employees looked right at me and deliberately ignored me. Not a single greeting, no offer to help, nothing. I actually had to ask for assistance, which defeats the entire purpose of good customer service. Lucia was very polite, kind and provided excellent customer service and assisted me in buying a jade pendant and necklace. The staff was very friendly and greeted us as soon as we walked in.
Worst Experience. They told me the ring cost $830, and right before I pay for it, they told me it's $120 more expensive then $830 and they can not honor the $830. I will AVOID this place.
