Lanzo gets my husband right every time!!! Best barber shop in the 757!
Recommended by someone as I’m from out of town. Made an appointment for 9:30AM. At 9:25AM, barber was not there. Waited until 9:40, no show. Never heard from barber about missed appointment. Do not patronize this location. Very unprofessional and unreliable. I want my $3 ATM fee I spent to get him cash for a tip he never received because he stood me up.
The shop is always nice and clean with a good atmosphere. Been going to Lanzo for several months, highly recommend checking out.
Everyone in the shop is extremely friendly and hospitable. Shaq has been cutting my hair for a while, and his skills have improved year after year. The shop he has put together is amazing, and it really makes customers feel appreciated. I’ve also had my hair cut by other barbers there, on Shaq’s recommendation when he’s unavailable, and they deliver excellent service as well. They all use appointments, so be sure to book for a clean and timely experience.
