1. First appointment Dr. Burke made me wait 2 Hours before seeing me. 2. I was called and had a message left on my phone that he canceled my scheduled surgery 3. When I called back to reschedule I was on hold for 20 minutes before his answering service picked up the phone to let me know there was nothing they could do but leave a message for his Office.
