Super Friendly I get my son's asthma supplies here and from the first time I walked in they made me feel so welcomed! The building from the outside looks outdated but inside is gorgeous. I got everything I needed and was out of there in no time and when I need something, I can call and have it delivered immediately!
Excellent Care and Customer Service I called Rotech yesterday and spoke with the Manager about getting my Dad a hospital bed. The Manger, Annalise, was extremely helpful and really knew her stuff! She personally delivered the bed and even got him a gel mattress to make him more comfortable! I've never received such a quick delivery and excellent care before from any company! I will get all my future needs for my father from Rotech Home Medical! Thanks Anna!
I had respect for this company until Yesterday we were at my step-fathers home cleaning up and looking through papers. My step-father passed away a few days ago and we were at his home and the phone rang. I answered it and they asked if I was so and so and I said no so they proceeded to say we need to know if Mr. soso needs his nebulizer medicine refilled. I explained the situation of his passing and she said "I'm sorry" but we will need to be coming over to get his nebulizer, wheelchair, and walker. Now I understand that hi... read more
