I’m not one to complain on social media about a company but this time it is so very warranted. I have never experienced such terrible customer service, lack of pride in product and quality as Lanz Cabinets in Eugene. If cabinets that don’t match and look worn and water damaged even where there was never water,then Lanz is the company for you. Forget getting them to do anything during your warranty. “It will get better in time” they said. But, in time they got worse and they wouldn’t fix them because it was out of warranty. T... read more
If I could give zero stars I would. Management is shot. Policies aren't properly followed. Druggies are everywhere. Their cabinet quality is shit. All around a horrible work place �
What concerns me is working with lacquer. I've been here for four months, however recently been experiencing a swollen throat that is rock hard. In addition, my voice has become scratchy, and breathing in lacquer vapors has irritated mucous membranes in my nose. My co-worker has developed red spots on his head and arms, possibly from the lacquer. From reading articles online, we may be getting lacquer poisoned. Sorry for all you people with your bad experiences but I worked at Lance cabinets for 10 years in every department lots of positions doing everything I loved it!!! They treated me well paid me well and had great regard for my family. Overall a great bunch of people. If you had a bad experience well in my opinion you get what you give just saying James Cowels Greg Bowden. And as far as you people who say that the cabinets are anything less than top notch quality I think U of O would disagree.
