I have never been so frustrated with a company before in my life and have never felt so driven to write a review. They are great if you like being ignored for weeks even though you have been calling and leaving messages. I left about 10 over the span of a month and a half until I finally got the quote. Can't recommend unfortunately even though he is affordable. Initial service request took several calls to even have them come out, because they often don't answer the phone. When we finally got ahold of Lantz and scheduled the service for a roof leak, the repairs were made weeks after the first call was made. A leak reappeared at the same spot several months later and it took several calls to even speak to a person, otherwise the phone rang constantly with no answering service.
