Terrible experience that never ends.
Everyone told us that building a home is stressful, but this was not at all our experience with Lantz. Jeff Sr. and Deb were extremely knowledgeable along each step of our build, including helping with selections, immediately solving any problems that arose, and ensuring the highest quality contractors were used. We experienced very few delays, even though we built through the first part of Covid shut downs.
