At least the guy that set up JIRA seems to be a total moron. Every ticket raised there seems to be shared with ALL customers ever opened a ticket. I asked FOUR TIMES TODAY to be taken off this spam email list (as a lot of other people also did). Reaction of Lantronix: NONE. Lantronix does not seem to care for the customers's wishes. And the spam goes on...
