I’d give zero stars if it was possible. Initial appointment was on March 20. I thought I was starting early so as to get on their schedule as things warmed up. The initial quote was promised in several days. Two weeks and a couple email reminders later, the quote arrived. It was approved on April 3 with a requested service window of May 5-9 and/or 5/16-5/23. I was assured multiple times this was not an issue. This company was hired by Westport homes in Grant park which is a maintenance free community for snow removal. The snow we received on March 24th in our area was 8 plus inches. When the company did attempt to plow the streets and driveways, in my opinion was very shoddy. There was a boulder of snow at least 24 inches around in the middle of my drive when I come home from work at 630 Sunday morning!
