My experience with the maintenance is a four star! I had a problem within my kitchen area. The maintenance gave the situation to the problem. The situation worked and that is all that matter.
Nice place, good stuff, but humidity in apparent is too high. 63% and you can’t do anything with it. Or you put a/c on 70 degrees, it will be less humidity, but much cold
Here is why: 1. Location - pretty much within 30 minutes to get to Tampa, Clearwater. st Pete. Lots of alternate routes to avoid congestion 2. Quality - apartments are good, I am facing the busy street and don't hear a thing. 3. Property management team - they are real people that support you like this is your home. He had the water heater fixed within minutes, but stayed to confirm the repair and ensure I was satisfied. I’m more than satisfied!
