Terrible
The office is no longer staffed. The complex is supposed to be smoke free but all of our neighbors smoke. No one picks up after their dogs. Dogs are allowed to remain outside barking all day long. Trash piles up in the pool area on weekends and isn't picked up. This could be a really nice complex if anyone cared enough to manage it.
