This apartment is great and I’m very happy here, but I’m not so happy with my neighbors. This is the second time I’ve had my Amazon package stolen. There’s just nothing I can do about it. This is not a safe place to receive packages. I’m in building 8.
Absolute nightmare living here, I have an upstairs neighbor from Hell who is related to Big Foot and I have made more than 10 complaints to management and absolutely nothing has been done. No one answers the phones and currently there is no one apparently working in the leasing office. The only good thing about this complex is maintenance responses. I cannot wait for my lease to end.
Edgewater Maintenance Manager and his team are smart, professional and driven to do things right for the organization and the tenants of the complex.
