Like many apartment complexes in Austin; over promise and under deliver. Amenities never work, staff is inattentive and rude. I’m coming in during business hours, and they are having an impromptu meeting in plain sight. I’m a former resident attentions to inquire about a package that was sent here and they waived me off. The pool has an excessive amount of chlorine, it’s way too strong. We went swimming last night, and it completely discolored our clothes. The smell was unbearable, and it also irritated our skin and eyes. The chemical levels should be better regulated because this can be harmful to residents.
