Great community a beautiful place to live Maintenance was always on top of any issues and office staff was very accommodating.
DO NOT MOVE HERE. There’s so many racist people living here. This guy attacked my little sister and my mom. The police were called and they did NOTHING. Terrible terrible TERRIBLE people in the community.
My son and I lived here for 3 years. It was excellent. Maintenance was on top of anything we needed. And they did the job right. The office staff is professional and very nice. Parking was great. We loved our apartment. Our neighbors were at the other end of the breezeway. There were two garages in between our apartment and their apartment. We had a good upstairs neighbor. There is a chance that I might move back to this place. I feel very comfortable here.
Good things first: the location in Fishers is great the front office staff is very friendly Bad things: Moldy apartments, plumbing is done horribly wrong (multiple apartments where the plumbing in the kitchen is done incorrectly, causing flooding of the cupboards), doors don't close because the wouldn't fit in the frame, window frames are broken and impossible to open without having the window fall out and many more The apartments are basically not maintained at all which is visible everywhere Hopefully some reviews will imp... read more
