Good things first: the location in Fishers is great the front office staff is very friendly Bad things: Moldy apartments, plumbing is done horribly wrong (multiple apartments where the plumbing in the kitchen is done incorrectly, causing flooding of the cupboards), doors don't close because the wouldn't fit in the frame, window frames are broken and impossible to open without having the window fall out and many more The apartments are basically not maintained at all which is visible everywhere Hopefully some reviews will imp... read more

One of my close friends had a lot of issues with their flat, including a leaking ceiling. They promised to come look at it, but it would take them days to do so. Instead of simply wanting to assist them, they could seem annoyed. After they repaired it, it began doing the same thing three times, so my friend had to leave a bucket and repeatedly dump it to get rid of the water dripping. The maintenance staff is incompetent and the leasing office are generally poor communicators. If you want to live somewhere that has things like functioning toilets and doors, look somewhere other than Lantern Woods because they can’t seem to get the simple things right here.
