The complex is very well taken care of and the units are clean and well maintained. The staff has been great and have went beyond their duties to help me out, shoutout to Elizabeth especially🫡!
I would not move here if you have a dog. They claim to be pet friendly yet in my area of the neighborhood there are only 2 dog waste which is not enough. These are constantly overflowing, running out of waste bags, and attracting geese that also leave poop everywhere making it unclean. Additionally they do not enforce a pet leash policy. Solely speaking on behalf of KC (maintenence team). He really helped me out yesterday. I happened to come home during the day and saw that the smoke detector had still not been looked at. Put in a maintenance request this past Sunday. I saw KC across the parking lot and went up to him to see if he could help and he did. He had the smoke detector changed out in less than 5 minutes. I appreciate that you took the few minutes to change it, KC, before it turned into a constant chirping! We need a whole maintenance team of KC's!!
