This was one of the best apartment homes I lived in. Never had any issues with management or maintenance, both were super friendly. I was also blessed to live in a building with amazing, respectful neighbors! I would live there again if I found myself back in Waterloo, Iowa.
The reviews with the stars are all fake and created by people who work for the company. The place is infested with roaches & trash . Work orders aren’t completed. They’ll lie to you about the apartment being in good shape. you WONT get your security deposit back. This is a place you have to take to court just to receive your deposit.
* BEWARE* DO NOT rent here. They have lots of problems: Whenever it rains, you will have water leaks (photos). one of the vents is located in the stairs(photos), so you waste lots of your AC and heat for nothing, but you pay more on your bills. You will also get lots of harmful bugs and they will bite you bad. I asked a insect control, but they rejected as it's very common to have them.
