I have called and texted this company for 5 days and all I am asking for is the receipts that they passed onto us as tenants. I think it is only fair to provide receipts for charges for cleaning and painting. We left the house in perfect shape took photos of each room and did not damage. We even went as far as to purchase supplies and take the day off to make sure the home was delivered in the condition it was given to us. We did not do any damage to their house. They have not called me back in 4 days and all I am asking for is for them to be honest and fair and provide receipts for the charges. Any business would provide this to their tenants. I do not understand the lack of communication and not providing backup for cleaning charges
They are very quick to respond, nice, and professional. The whole renting process was incredibly smooth and they make themselves available to answer any questions you have
