One of the worst places to ever rent from. Mold, bed bugs, worst maintenance guy, careless landlords! They do next to nothing about issues and problems and half fast. Filters never changes at a decent time. Children living in mold and not a care in the world. You get charged for any repairs but yet everything is falling apart when you move in. Rotten wood in the floors and previous floods and roof leaks and gutters always over flowing and stuff on roof that has been sitting for over a year. They need to be turned in
