Jack is great to work with. He jumped into a renovation project, was resourceful, and helped us navigate many design changes that we didn't see coming. He's currently managing another large project for us and we are confident we'll have the same outcome.

I have worked with Jack in the past and had a good experience, so it surprised me this time that things went so poorly. Upon starting the job, he changed the job scope without consulting me. I came to agree to this, realizing I couldn’t force him. I asked if he and his team could paint after re-plastering an area. He agreed to paint, but then abandoned about a third of the originally contracted work AFTER painting saying that because of the painting he didn’t have time to complete the job.
