I have worked with Jack in the past and had a good experience, so it surprised me this time that things went so poorly. Upon starting the job, he changed the job scope without consulting me. I came to agree to this, realizing I couldn’t force him. I asked if he and his team could paint after re-plastering an area. He agreed to paint, but then abandoned about a third of the originally contracted work AFTER painting saying that because of the painting he didn’t have time to complete the job. Jack and his team did my hardwood floors and they are beautiful. He did the job as scheduled and communicated with me about progress throughout the process.
Jack and his crew have been great to work with. We had a wood shingle siding project done and they worked within the budget and timeline. Throughout the project they always showed great attention to detail. Clean up and going the extra step to confirm that we were pleased with the progress (as well as the completed job) was outstanding. Jack was terrific in keeping us informed throughout.
