May I make a suggestion? If your hours are different than what’s posted online please inform your customers when you call them to pick up. Imagine the instant frustration you feel when you arrive and see the sign I’m sorry we’re closed and I know this is different from what’s online. I had nothing to do today that would have caused me to leave home. I went through all that effort for no reason because the office is closed. I guess I just signed up to use my lunch on Monday and try again. 🎉😡
