Our little pug had a medical emergency and it turned out she had a bladder full of stones and needed surgery asap. Our normal vet advised that it was a month wait list for surgery and that my dog was fine (without even seeing her). The emergency vet from the late night visit had a wait list as well. A friend connected us with Lantana and once they looked at the xrays and records they made room that day for surgery. They were so nice and helpful when no one else seemed to be. Shame on this Veterinary office, our dog was a patient of yours for over 10 years. We saw your emailed response Dr. Lon to a concerned friend of ours as to the way we were treated by your office the day we had to put our dog down. We are beside ourselves with your interpretation of events. We allowed our dog to die with dignity and your words showed NO COMPASSION AT ALL.

My pets have been coming to Lantana Veterinary Center for years and always received excellent care from all doctors who have treated them and all other staff members too. Everyone is kind, knowledgeable, friendly, and very caring about animals and owners too. Dr. Lon saved my dog's life right after we adopted her by surgically creating ear canals for her and clearing up a massive infection. We recommend Lantana to anyone and will always be clients here.
