I had given them 2 stars years ago. Today I came in and Mary and Latasha were both so incredibly delightful to deal with, they helped me immensely and I'm beyond grateful. 5 stars upgraded!
Been at this storage for 5 plus years want to give a big Thanks to Stern, always super helpful and dedicated to giving the best customer service.
I stored my contents for about 11 months. Staff was friendly and the units were clean. But keep an eye on your documents. I moved out on the 13th of January and was expecting a half month refund and was told I would. But my documents they sent me said I moved on the 21st. I called the office and was told I moved out too close to the end of the month and there was no refund. I explained I moved out on the 13th and got 2 other excuses. Worst place ever, do not book with them, I had a reservation with them, booked with weeks in advance, when I arrived they just said they will not give me the truck, without explanation, I had to book again with them, bc other places were too far, and guess what, it happened again!!! No truck for my moving, it’s so frustrating, they don’t have the inventory. I do NOT recommend this place AT ALL!
