Dr Butler and her staff are amazing! I’ve been taking my daughter for the last 2 years, and being at daycare she has gotten sick quite often. I am able to get an appointment for the same day every time I need it. They always answer my questions and devote time to care for my girl. The nurses are extraordinary!
Dr Butler is a joke. Always brushes off my concerns and would try and make me feel like what I was experiencing was wrong. Told her about my sleep troubles (which I’ve been experiencing and telling her about for years) and she told me to get blue light glasses and magnesium spray. For at least 2 years I asked for an ADHD medication change and she told me I was fine and just needed anti depressants. Extreme pill pusher as well. My children saw Dr Webb. She was absolutely amazing. However, we had an incredibly difficult time with the referral coordinator. I have children with various special needs that have to see specialists. The first occasion that needed pre-authorization from our insurance was an extremely urgent matter. Nearly emergent. It took 2 weeks for the referral coordinator to correctly send the pre-authorizations so that our insurance would approve it. Great team of doctors and nurses. My son is very comfortable with them.
Poor interaction and response. Took my son in on Monday, they did nothing. 6 days later still fever and swollen tonsils. Won't respond to our calls and request. Changing doctors.
