Everyone is nice, friendly, helpful,&courteous to others,& thoughtful as well. The yard is clean, cut,& well mantained!!!! The rules are extremely fair,& the management is stern as needed, helpful, caring , & friendly also responsible, respectable, respecting of others,& understanding to each & every tenant!!!! P.S.Also very fair,or harsh to each situation!!!! Non bias & unprejudiced!!!! Management and maintenance are very worthy & deserving of their jobs!!!! Apt.#10
