This apartment complex is a hidden gem in this city. The landlady is very friendly and efficient and provides a safe environment for all tenants. There has never been an issue in this area regarding altercations or criminal activity. Any maintenance issue is quickly resolved. The parking lot is always well kept and clean and the apartment itself is very spacious and decent.
We had to move out of state but we had a wonderful experience living here. Maintenance was very efficient and easy to ask for using the app. Laundry’s were also very easy to use and I enjoyed the fact we can scan the code and even get our money back if it was not used. Liz was always a text or call away in case we needed her assistance with anything as well as Maggie. The apartments have a pleasant environment and privacy. Excelentes Apartamentos, muy limpios, muy seguros, equipados con lo básico, el personal de Administración son personas muy amables y siempre ayudando y al pendiente de todo, y el Sr. Jesús de Mantenimiento es una persona muuuuy confiable y amable. Los recomiendo Ampliamente, incluyendo a Mrs. Elizabeth. Excelentes!
Very professional staff, very clean and well maintained apartments, very friendly and attentive maintenance personnel. Very convenient location near all shopping and restaurants. Lots of parking and nice Neighbor’s.
